A full body workout programme tailored to beginners. Workout just 3 days per week for optimal muscle gains for a beginner lifter. This programme is Is upper body focused and consists of two 5 week mesocycles, with content planned out for 10 weeks, following a linear periodisation cycle where the intensity increases from the first meso-cycle to the next.
You’ll receive an Excel Spreadsheet Master copy to edit your sets, reps and weight into each exercise. I’ve ensured that this spreadsheet, when on landscape and scaled 1.65x is optimised for printing too.
